FMW Förderanlagen GmbH: Engineers of Progress in Material Handling – A Journey of Innovation, Challenges, and Triumphs

Welcome to FMW Förderanlagen GmbH – where we not only move material, but also push the boundaries of progress! Our story began with a visionary idea, a handful of technology enthusiasts and a coffee machine that released more energy than most of our systems. The beginnings of our founding story more than 60 years ago read like a technical thriller.  As engineers, we faced industry challenges, encountered failures, and persevered, creating solutions and machine designs, all while learning from setbacks and refining our original concepts.

We achieved groundbreaking innovations in material handling for the pulp and paper, power generation, recycling and chip and panel board industries. Our journey has been characterized by highs and lows, with the highs of course being the best. But without lows and failures, there would be no progress.
